Power sweeping
Although we always clean the areas prior to any maintenance work, we also offer a full power sweeping and power washing service for your spring cleaning or tidy up requirements.
Surface sealing
Through traffic usage and Ultra Violet exposure, all asphalt surfaces age and the surface layer starts to crumble. When this happens small voids appear which allows water to penetrate the surface and further deterioration occurs. Our surface sealing treatment fills these small voids, rebonds the top layer of asphalt and provides UV protection preventing further damage and leaving an 'as-new' black surface. We can advise you how long the treatment would need to cure before traffic can reuse the area as this will depend on temperature and weather conditions.
Crack sealing/filling
Larger cracks in asphalt can usually be successfully filled using our hot tar system. The cracks are initially routed and cleaned out and the hot tar allowed to flow into the joint and leveled. Although this isn't an 'invisible' repair, we pride ourselves on the finish we achieve and you will know that further deterioration around the cracked area will be avoided. Traffic disruption is kept to a minimum as the cure time is pretty quick.
 Pot hole repairs
Pot holes invariably appear in the spring and develop through the year until they become major hazards, heartaches and costly to repair. Let us deal with them when they first appear along with the rest of your lot maintenance requirements as a one shot deal.
Line Striping and stencils
We only use Graco Linelazer striping machines because they are the best inthe business. Similarly we always use high quality line marking paints. Because we use the best paints with the best machines you get great quality lines with crisp edges and consistent paint thickness. This means that you get a great looking lot with long lasting lines and symbols.We can offer all the usual symbols such as handicapped spaces, arrows and text, and we can also offer bespoke stencil designs for your business. |
